Privacy notice

Last updated: Wednesday, November 4, 2026

This notice explains, in plain language, what information Kinvecta collects, why we collect it, who holds it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Kinvecta LLC is a small, independent company based in Texas. You can reach us anytime at info@kinvecta.ai.

The short version

  • We only ask for what we need to run the community.
  • We never sell your information.
  • Sponsors get totals only, like attendance and a breakdown by role, never names or emails.
  • Our website analytics don’t use cookies, so there’s no tracking banner.
  • You can ask to see or delete your information at any time.

What each form collects and why

Sign up. Your name, email, city, preferred language, and what best describes you (for example, professional, student, or small business owner). We use it to send you invites in your language, to plan nights in your city, and to count, in totals only, what kinds of people come.

Chapter interest. Your name, email, city, and how you’d like to help. We use it to see where people want a Kinvecta chapter and to tell you when one opens near you.

Submit a role. Your name, email, company, and the job you’d like listed. We use it to review the role, ask follow-up questions, and post it on the job board.

Suggest a topic. Your name, email, the topic or question you’d like a night to cover, and the language. We use it to plan our nights.

Talent Network waitlist. Your name, email, the role you’re aiming for, city, preferred language, and your consent to be contacted. We use it to tell you when the Talent Network opens.

Merch interest. Your email and your size. We use it to decide what to order and to tell you when merch is ready.

Every form says what it’s for, and any consent box starts unticked.

Which services hold your information

We use a few trusted services to run Kinvecta. Each one stores data under its own privacy policy.

  • Tally runs our website forms and stores what you submit.
  • Luma handles RSVPs and check-ins for our nights. When you RSVP, Luma collects your name and email, and we see who RSVPed and checked in. When a night has an RSVP link, the Events page and the San Antonio chapter page also load a small Luma script so that sign-up can open right on the page. Luma serves it from its own servers, under its own privacy policy, whenever you open one of those pages, whether or not you RSVP.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and provides our analytics.
  • Microsoft 365 holds email you send to info@kinvecta.ai and our replies.

Talent Network

For now, the Talent Network is a waitlist only. We don’t collect resumes yet. When it opens, these rules apply:

  • Your resume goes to a recruiter or employer only after you approve that specific role. Nothing is shared in bulk.
  • You can withdraw and have your information deleted at any time.
  • Security clearance is listed only if you choose to list it, and only as a level. Never share details about classified work with us.

We never sell your data

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Sponsors and partners get aggregate numbers only, such as how many people came and the mix of roles, never a list of names or emails. A sponsor gets your contact details only if you choose to share them, for example by scanning their opt-in QR code at a night.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see things like how many people visit each page and which pages are most useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you, so there’s no cookie banner. Our forms and the Luma calendar are run by Tally and Luma, which may use their own cookies when you use them. The site also keeps a few settings in your browser’s local storage: whether you closed the language banner and, for Vec, a visit count, your best game score, the sound setting and whether you hid Vec. None of it leaves your device.

Photos at our nights

Kinvecta nights are photographed, and some photos are shared on our website and social media. If you’d rather not be shown, tell the photographer or an organizer at the night, or email us later and we’ll take the photo down. Photos of kids are taken or shared only with a parent’s OK.

Kids

Monthly community nights are for adults 18 and over. Family nights welcome kids with a parent or guardian who stays. Our forms are for adults; we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it. Our kids’ learning page is written for parents: it has no form, collects nothing, and its video links open on YouTube, which applies its own made-for-kids rules.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re part of the community or while we need it for the reason you gave it, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • show you the information we have about you,
  • correct it,
  • delete it, or
  • stop sending you email (every email also has an unsubscribe link).

Email info@kinvecta.ai with your request. A dedicated address, privacy@kinvecta.ai, is being set up. We’ll reply within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm it’s really you before we share or delete anything.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell members by email before it takes effect.
